Senior Recruitment Officer - Paris

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Officer M/F.

Talent House SA is a Swiss based company that aims to support international talent in terms of legal, tax, compensation, training and personal development.

Talent House supports companies as well as freelancers with first class partners.

Reporting to the HR team, you will be part of a close-knit and dynamic team.

The position is based in Paris.

As part of your role you will be required to :

• Managing the entire recruitment process by providing tools, advice and expertise
• Ensure the quality and development of the recruitment process and promote an optimal “candidate experience
• Ensure that job descriptions are updated according to the skills profiles established and the types of profiles to be sourced for our clients
• Actively contribute to the reflections on the employer brand, HR marketing, in collaboration with other partners and contribute to internal and external communication strategies
• Establish and monitor specific recruitment indicators, be a force for proposals and continuous improvement

• You have good interpersonal, listening and negotiation skills
  You have proven experience as an HR partner, with a strong focus on recruitment
• You are autonomous, have a sense of initiative and are able to make proposals
• You know how to manage priorities and cope with change
  Good level of English is essential (B2 minimum)
• You are rigorous and organised in your work
• You have a good command of the Office Pack and Human Resources management tools

You will be expected to travel for work: Geneva, Paris, Bordeaux etc…
