Talent Acquisition and Development Manager M/F

For our client, a famous French fashion house, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Development Manager.

Within the Human Resources Department you will contribute to the definition and deployment of the Human Resources management policy (recruitment, training, talent development and career management, cultural and managerial transformation, internal communication, HR projects, etc.) in order to accompany and support the company’s strategy and performance.

Reporting to the HR Director, your main tasks are

Talent Management & Training:

  • Participate in the development and management of the company
  • Ensure the deployment of the culture and values
  • The role will be to manage the redesign of job descriptions, identify skills held and skills to be developed to support the company’s strategy
  • Leading the annual interview campaign, the People Review process and working on succession plans
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Training policy

Talent Recruitment & Internal Mobility:

  • Manage the international process
  • Develop the employer brand and implement actions to attract and retain talent
  • Boost internal mobility and structure the integration of new employees

Additional tasks:

  • Participate in internal communication in support of the HRD (communication plan, internal events, newsletter, etc.)
  • Build and manage performance indicators for Dev HR systems
  • Preparation of CSE meetings
  • Budgetary process
  • You will have a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in recruitment, HR project management and Talent Management.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, be a real team player and encourage collaboration and cross-functionality.
  • You are proactive, versatile, creative and curious and are recognised for your analytical, writing and summarising skills.
  • You are perfectly at ease with IT tools.
  • You are fluent in English in order to communicate with the subsidiaries (TOEIC 750+).
